With over 40 years in the high-end meat business, servicing some of the top hotels and finest restaurants worldwide, we started Peninsula Steaks & Chops. People have repeatedly told us they’d love to enjoy top-quality meats at home. Local supermarkets and butcher shops just aren’t able to offer steakhouse-quality cuts.  So, we launched our business with you in mind: people who appreciate the quality and taste experience of a thick, juicy steak you get at fine steakhouses such as Morton's, The Palm, Ruth’s Chris, or Alexander’s.  Peninsula Steaks & Chops lets you prepare the finest steaks, chops, and burgers at home. Now you can create and enjoy memorable dining experiences…“the best steakhouse in town” in your home.

Our beef is hand-selected for the highest quality from American mid-Western cattle and Japanese Wagyu cattle. We look for rich marbling and conformity. Specially aged for a minimum of 21 days, our cut-to-order beef is hand-cut and trimmed in our butchery.  These exacting standards allow Peninsula Steaks & Chops to deliver unparalleled quality beef to you with superb tenderness and flavor.
