Our Restaurant Collection features a selection of AGED USDA Choice cuts, the 2nd highest grade available.  Also of high-quality, Choice grade beef has just a bit less marbling than its higher-grade counterpart and it’s offered at a gentler price point. Many steakhouses and restaurants use Choice grade beef.
